In Altera Parte Fretum (“In The Other Side Of The Strait” in Latin) is the fifteenth single from Rove Monteux, accompanying his thirteen albums, in his solo career into Classical, Cinematic, Drama, Neobaroque and Neoclassical music.

The album is themed on the tense crossing, in an imminent battle, of a strait in a dark night, and afterwards meeting the enemy in the other side of the strait, the post battle leftover bodies, the glory achieved, and then back to the beginning with the return, crossing the strait again.
